All spots can be replaced by challenging the current rank holder for their spot. If they refuse, their rank will be stripped and given to the challenger. The loser must wait twenty-four hours before challenging anyone for another rank.
Also, due to past incidents, there is now a two per rank limit on Zanpakutos/ Ressurections. Thank you.
One ranked spot per person. This emans if you have Vaizard #x, you can not have Vaizard #y or Arrancar #z
I am also saying NO to Soifon's shikai, Yamamoto's bankai, and Segunda for Ulquiorra
